Pricing

All prices on our website are in Pound Sterling £ and are exclusive of Shipping and VAT. Shipping costs are displayed when you view your cart. Please note that prices may change anytime and without prior notice.

Shipping

UK: Royal Mail standard shipping on all orders- £3.50 for small parcels & £5.50 for medium parcels. Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. 

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information when placing an order on our website as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items due to incorrectly entered shipping information.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £50.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 3 working days of being placed. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene concerns, returns on items which have already been delivered are only accepted if the aforementioned items remain unopened, in their original packaging, and of saleable condition. Please contact us beforehand to arrange any returns and note that shipping costs remain your responsibility. We are unable to process refunds of goods which have been damaged while in your care. Refunds for un-opened goods will be processed upon receipt of the return.

Overseas Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship outside of the UK due to issues related to Brexit, custom charges etc.
